Roblox Pants Template

Download a free Roblox pants template as a 585×559 PNG — a labeled guide, a transparent outline, a blank white version and a shading overlay. Pants use the same layout as shirts, but the two bottom blocks wrap the legs instead of the arms. Load your finished PNG into the 3D preview to check it from every side.

Roblox Pants Template Size

A Roblox pants template is 585×559 pixels, the same as a shirt. The torso block covers the waist and hips: its front and back are 128×128 pixels, the sides 64×128, the top and bottom 128×64. Each leg has four 64×128 sides and a 64×64 top and bottom.

Anything outside the rectangles is ignored. Save as PNG to keep transparent areas transparent; JPG works too, but without transparency.

Which Part Is Which

The right leg is the block at the bottom left and the left leg the block at the bottom right; each leg’s FRONT is the face next to its TOP and BOTTOM squares. Right and left are the avatar’s, so the right leg appears on your left when the avatar faces you.

The torso block is drawn under any shirt the avatar wears, so use it for belts, waistbands, overalls or a tucked-in look.

Transparent Pants Template

The transparent version has outlines only. Keep it on its own layer while you draw and hide it before you export. Leave the torso transparent if your pants should stop at the waist — the avatar’s torso colour or shirt shows there instead.

Pants Shading Template

The shading template adds soft shadows along the edges, a crease at each knee and folds down the legs. Lay it over your design with Multiply or a lower opacity so the pants look less flat on the avatar.

How to Make Pants on Roblox

Download the template, open it in an editor with layers such as Photopea, GIMP, Krita or Photoshop, paint each part inside the rectangles and export a 585×559 PNG.

Check it in the 3D preview on this page, or in Roblox Studio insert Pants into a block avatar rig and set its PantsTemplate to your image.

To sell them, open Avatar Items → Classics in the Creator Dashboard, click Upload Asset, set the asset type to Pants, add a name and description and upload — the upload fee is 80 Robux. Then switch On Sale on and set a price; putting them on sale takes a 10 Robux publishing advance.

Roblox Pants Template FAQ

What size is the Roblox pants template?

585×559 pixels — the same size and layout as the shirt template.

Is the pants template the same as the shirt template?

The size and layout are the same. On pants, the two bottom blocks wrap the legs instead of the arms, and the torso block covers the waist.

Why does my shirt cover my pants?

On the torso, a shirt is drawn over the pants. Leave the bottom of the shirt transparent if the waistband of the pants should show.

Can Roblox pants be transparent?

Yes. Use a PNG with transparency; transparent parts show the avatar’s body colour.

How much does it cost to upload pants?

80 Robux per upload, plus a 10 Robux publishing advance when you put them on sale.

Is this the official Roblox template?

No. GameDevGenie drew these templates using the same layout as Roblox’s official classic clothing template, so every part lines up with it exactly.
